Josh Ding brings a lifetime of hospitality and heart to The Source of Hope. Born in Singapore, he arrived in Dallas in 1988 and built a career defined by service. After eight years rising to Assistant General Manager at Pappadeaux Seafood Kitchen, he became a Chick-fil-A Operator in 2000, where he serves today as Chief Encouragement Officer at Chick-fil-A Park Blvd. He holds a B.S. in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the University of Houston.

Known as a natural encourager and lifelong guide to those he leads, Josh strives to live a life worth imitating, rooted in his faith and his life verse: "As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord" (Joshua 24:5).
