Gauri Binup is a second-year at the University of Texas at Austin (majoring in International Relations & Global Studies and Plan II Honors) who serves as the Outreach Director for The Source of Hope, combining her talents in advocacy and communications to connect with the world of philanthropy. Gauri believes that, by spreading The Source of Hope’s message to communities everywhere, more people can get access to the resources they need.

Gauri has secured and strengthened partnerships with several organizations and small businesses devoted to neighborly cooperation and giving back to the community. She coordinates campaigns, programs, and events to promote communities through The Source of Hope. She’s even been featured on WFAA Channel 8 to support health and wellness all across Texas! Beyond her roles in outreach, she has also founded and become the lead educator for The Source of Hope’s Tutoring program. Even in her academic life, Gauri continues to serve others. She's provided free tutoring services for underserved students and volunteered on and off her college campus. When she isn’t connecting with others who are just as passionate about service, Gauri enjoys playing the viola, publishing poetry, and learning new languages.
